The installation team removed the existing Pitco fryers on the Friday night and arranged for their controlled disposal. Overnight the gas engineers completed the gas rail alterations which were required for the new equipment installation.
WV Howe's installation team returned early Saturday morning to deliver, install and commission Two Falcon G3161D Four Burner Ranges and Four Falcon Dominator G3840F double basket fryers. Both Fryers include in-built filtration systems, offering savings in terms of time and money by extending oil life.
